- Range Officer: The order of the Range Officer or other Club Official must be obeyed immediately. All shooting must be under the control and supervision of a Range Officer.
- Firearms: Discharging a firearm at anything other than approved target is strictly forbidden.Firearms transported to/from the club complex by club members are subject to the Storage and Transportation Regulations (NSW).
- Dress: All persons on Club premises must be suitably attired at all times. Thongs and brief shorts are prohibited.
- Identification: Members must wear a Name Badge whilst on Club Premises.
- Coaching: Any Member requiring Coaching should contact the Club Captain or Club Vice-Captain.
- Notifications: The secretary must be notified immediately of (a) change of name or address, or (b) acquisition or disposal of any pistol.
- Attendance: All members holding a Target Pistol Licence must regularly attend and participate in Club competitions, and must lodge scores with the Club Scorer. All Members and Visitors must register their attendance in the Members' and Visitors' Attendance Book provided in the Clubhouse.
- By-Laws: Members may obtain a copy of the Club By-Laws from the Club Web site or Secretary.
- NRA, SSAA, IPSC and PA Regulations: Members should obtain these Regulations and be acquainted with their contents.
- Firearms and Dangerous Weapons Act and Regulations: Member should obtain the Act and Regulations and be acquainted with their obligations as Members of this club, and as holders of a Firearms Licence.
- Cleanliness: On completion of shooting, please retrieve your target, place used targets in a garbage bin, and generally tidy up your shooting bay. Expended cartridges must be swept up.
- Obligations: This is your club, so please help the Executive Committee to run it for your benefit. Members are required to attend for and perform rostered range duties.
